Our sheep are Polypay/Dorset crosses and provide excellent, mild-flavored meat. The majority of their diet is grassy pasture, and they also get to snack on non-GMO oats for superb marbling and flavor. They are born & raised on our farm with lots of grass, sunshine, and love.
We are currently sold out of all retail cuts, but will have more available in May with the start of the summer farmers market.

We will also have whole lamb available in June, July, and November 2018. We offer whole lamb at $6.50/lb hanging weight, which includes processing costs. Your lamb will be cut, wrapped, and frozen upon delivery or pick-up. Hanging weight for a whole lamb is 50-60 pounds, which will provide you with 35-45 pounds of meat depending on the cuts you chose. We work with a few local processors and will provide details and cut-sheets after we get your pre-order.
