You’ve asked, and we’ve answered! Come hold and play with our farm babies!
Ever since the sheep arrived on the farm, we’ve been fielding the question
“Can we come hold the baby lambs?”
This year, we have arranged our sheep shed to include some space for you to meet our flock, their babies, and learn more about the animals we raise at Valley Pasture Farm.
For 2021, we are offering PRIVATE visits on weekends through March 7th. You get to choose your guests, up to 15 people total, and hang out in the Sheep Shed for up to 45 minutes.
Your time is sure to include plenty of snuggles, giggles, entertainment, and education with our sheep and goats.

A $20 reservation fee includes a private visit for up to 4 people. Invite additional friends & family and pay $5 for each additional guest upon arrival.
Littles under 23 months of age will not be included in the 15 person maximum and will not be charged the additional guest fee.
*** Reservations are required ***
For the safety of our animals, we do not allow any food, beverages, or pets in the sheep shed. It is amazing what sheep and goats will try to eat! You are welcome to enjoy your own snacks and pets in your vehicles.
FAQs
What are your COVID-19 protocols?
We will be leaving 15 minutes between each visit to sanitize and exchange the air in the shed. We will be providing alcohol based hand sanitizer and ask that you use it before and after handling our animals. Face coverings will not be required – it is up to you and your guests to determine your level of comfort with each other and any masking protocols you would like to follow. We recommend only bringing guests in your “pod” if you plan to not wear face coverings. By visiting the farm, you voluntarily assume any and all risks associated with COVID-19.
What should we wear?
Since our sheep already have some nice wool coats, the shed is not heated. Humans will want to dress for the outdoor temperature and also wear footwear & clothes that you can easily wash “farm dirt” off of after your visit. Snow/rain boots and snow pants are always a great choice.
Do you offer any weekday visits?
If an available time on our calendar doesn’t work for your family, please send an email to katie@valleypasturefarm.com and we can likely schedule a visit during the week.
Will there be items to purchase?
We will have our pasture raised meats, herbal tea blend, and herbal salves available to purchase during your visit. You can also pre-order through our online store! While we will have food available for you to feed the animals, we will not have any food to feed you during your visit. Please plan to arrive with a full stomach.
